Orders are dispatched the same business day once payment has cleared. Tracking is provided as soon as the shipment is collected.

Domestic orders typically arrive in 2–3 business days; international orders in 5–10 business days. Duties and taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.

Because these are temperature-sensitive research reagents, we cannot accept returns once a shipment has left our facility. If a shipment arrives damaged, or does not arrive, contact us within 7 days with photographs of the packaging and we will reship or refund.
